
Key Responsibilities :
Mobile & Web Experience Ownership:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for both mobile app (iOS/Android) and website platforms.
- Design, validate, and prioritize features that improve acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion across devices.
- Maintain consistency in user experience, information architecture, and brand expression across mobile and web.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use product analytics, session recordings, and A/B testing to optimize funnels and identify friction points.
- Monitor KPIs like DAU/MAU, conversion rates, bounce rate, app uninstall rate, and time-on-site/app.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and growth to ship features on time and at high quality.
- Run agile product rituals (sprint planning, grooming, retros) for your squad.
- Define and manage product requirements, PRDs, wireframes, and release notes.
Stakeholder & User Collaboration:
- Partner closely with customer support and research to understand pain points.
- Interview users, gather NPS feedback, and turn insights into product improvements.
- Represent mobile/web users in cross-functional forums and roadmap planning.
