Role Overview: - We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the in-app merchant store experience. The objective of this role is to enhance customer retention by introducing new, high-engagement lines of businesses into the app. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for building end-to-end user journeys, identifying relevant customer segments, and implementing compelling offers to increase feature adoption. This is a strategic and cross-functional role that directly contributes to increasing in-app engagement and repeat usage. Key Responsibilities: - Create new in-app journeys for categories like fashion and travel, all enabled through EMI on the Company's app - Identify the right users to target and work on offers to increase adoption - Build smooth flows for product discovery, checkout, and post-purchase steps - Work with design, data, marketing, and merchant teams to get new features live - Improve repeat usage by tracking how people interact with the store - Make sure each new store works smoothly and meets the conversion expectations Requirements: - Experience of working at a B2C or D2C company with experience in product discovery to post purchase funnels. - 4-6 years of product experience, ideally in consumer apps, ecommerce, or travel - Good understanding of user journeys and engagement tools - Comfortable working with data to find insights and improve features - Strong execution and collaboration skills
