Product Manager - Merchant Integration & Solutions - FinTech/BFSI/Payments

About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-centric and technically sound Product Manager Merchant Integration & Solutions to own the developer and business interface ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the tools, kits, and interfaces that allow online merchants to integrate seamlessly into their platforms. Your core objective is to reduce technical integration time, optimize onboarding workflows, and provide flawless consumer checkout pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developer Ecosystem & Tools: Define the product vision, strategy, and technical requirements for developer-facing integration kits, including Mobile SDKs (iOS & Android), robust Payment APIs, and plug-and-play e-commerce plugins.

- Checkout Journey Optimization: Design and refine high-converting frontend Checkout experiences, managing customized merchant iFrames, drop-in UIs, and frictionless Hosted Checkout architectures to minimize cart abandonment.

- Integration Support Automation: Build intuitive merchant dashboards and self-service portals that allow business engineering teams to access integration sandbox keys, trace API call errors, and self-test setups independently.

- Data-Driven Funnel Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Integration Time-to-Live (TAT), SDK/API Adoption Rates, Checkout Drop-off Coordinates, Merchant Activation Rates, and Feature Usage Trends.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX Design squads, Core Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Merchant Support teams to ensure clear integration blueprints and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 3-5 years of core Product Management experience explicitly within FinTech, Online Payment Gateways, Payment Aggregation, or high-volume E-commerce checkout pods.

- Technical Deep-Dive: Exceptional understanding of web/mobile technical components: RESTful Payment APIs, JSON data models, SDK frameworks, and webhook configurations. Command over tools like Postman, JIRA, and SQL is required.

- UX Sensibility: Deep appreciation for frontend layout psychology, optimizing data entry fields (Cards, UPI, Wallets), and reducing user interaction loops.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or a management degree (MBA).
