Description:
Product Management:
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing, feature enhancement, and process simplification.
- Work closely with technology and operations teams to drive automation and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and scale the Merchant Acquiring Business.
- Design and deliver relevant value propositions to strengthen the Banks offering for the Current Account (CA) customer segment.
- Partner with branch banking and sales teams to enhance acquisition and activation of merchant customers, driving CA volume growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential alliances to expand MAB footprint.
Performance & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and MIS reports to track key performance metrics, including volumes, revenue, and profitability.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and present insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Merchant Acquiring portfolio, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and operational risk requirements.
- Liaise with internal control, risk, and compliance teams to implement process improvements and maintain policy adherence.
