Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager - Loyalty & Rewards to design and scale our customer engagement and retention ecosystem. This role will focus on building innovative loyalty programs, personalized rewards, and retention strategies that increase customer stickiness, repeat usage, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale loyalty & rewards programs (points, cashback, gamification, subscription models).

- Build customer retention journeys across app and web (offers, nudges, referral programs, wallet/reward redemptions).

- Partner with data, marketing, and growth teams to create customer segments, track cohorts, and design interventions that reduce churn.

- Collaborate with engineering and design to launch and optimize retention-focused features.

- Track and improve customer lifecycle metrics: repeat purchase rate, churn reduction, engagement frequency, and NPS.

- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate ideas and drive incremental improvements.

- Benchmark against leading ecommerce platforms to ensure best-in-class engagement.

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, or loyalty/retention-focused roles.

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, gamification, and rewards systems.

- Hands-on experience with CRM, personalization, or marketing automation platforms.

- Data-driven mindset with ability to design, track, and analyze experiments.

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Prior experience in building or scaling loyalty/retention products is a strong plus.
