About the Role:

Our client, a leading player in the eCommerce space, is seeking a Product Manager (Loyalty & Retention) to drive initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, repeat usage, and lifetime value.

The role focuses on designing and scaling loyalty programs, retention journeys, and personalized engagement strategies that create meaningful long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong product sense, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in digital commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for loyalty, rewards, and retention initiatives.

- Conceptualize and launch new features, programs, and mechanics to drive repeat purchase, subscription, and user stickiness.

- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and data science teams to develop personalized re-engagement campaigns and lifecycle journeys.

- Use customer insights, segmentation, and analytics to design programs that incentivize frequency and build emotional affinity.

- Manage A/B tests and cohort analyses to evaluate program performance and optimize for conversion, retention, and NPS.

- Partner with design and engineering to ensure seamless UX and program integration across app and web experiences.

- Benchmark against leading global loyalty programs and continuously iterate to keep offerings innovative and customer-centric.

What Were Looking For:

- 4-8 years of experience with at least 2+ years in product management, ideally in retention, CRM, loyalty, or growth within eCommerce, fintech, or consumer tech.

- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, engagement funnels, and retention metrics (LTV, churn, DAU/MAU, etc.)

- Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and analyzing behavioral data.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

- User-first approach combined with commercial acumen and an iterative product-building mindset.
