Product Manager - Loan Management Platform

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field.

- Professional certifications in product management or fintech preferred.

Experience:

- 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in product management within NBFCs or BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for loan products (Retail/SME/Corporate).

- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and enhancements for LOS/LMS platforms.

- Collaborate with business, credit, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis to refine product offerings.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit standards, and NBFC regulatory frameworks.

- Define product KPIs, track performance, and implement improvements for efficiency and customer experience.

- Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization in loan management systems.

Required Skills:
