Product Manager - Life Insurance

Description:

Job Purpose:

The role involves managing and growing the Insurance Product for the Wealth business and managing the product end to end. The role also entails managing all the insurance partners on Life and General Insurance

Main Accountabilities:

Product management:

- Manage insurance products aligned with client needs and regulatory norms.

Revenue Management and RNR:

- Drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.

- Drive RNR for the Insurance Business

Partner management:

- Collaborate with insurance partners for product design, pricing, and performance tracking.

MIS & Automation:

- Visualise and Develop various MIS and automation opportunities.

Team Training:

- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new and existing products.

Others:

- Minimum Degree: Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance or Equivalent/ CFA/ CA would be preferred)

- Good understanding of Insurance Industry

- Minimum Experience 7-8 years of Experience in the insurance industry

- Should have worked in LI / GI Company or Insurance product team in wealth houses / banks
