- Responsible for analyzing complex use cases using analytics platforms to understand global insights and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant to the product's success at a global level.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, internal and external stakeholders to shape product requirements and features.
- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring successful product management.
- Define communication strategies to accompany product development and update presentations for commercial support.
- Support Sales in positioning the product suite through product training and joint customer presentations.
- Help manage the product lifecycle by understanding market and customer requirements and leading delivery activities.
- Work closely with internal technical teams to build relationships and ensure alignment with product strategy.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to create mechanisms to measure the success of products deployed.
