Role Overview:
- We are hiring a Product Manager (AGM / DGM level) for one of our clients in the Jewellery / Luxury / Consumer Goods sector. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end product strategy and product marketing across high-value collections.
- The role works very closely with the Design and Creative teams to translate artistic vision into commercially successful, market-ready products. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, luxury sensibility, and commercial acumen, with deep expertise across the complete product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
- Own the end-to-end product strategy across jewellery / luxury product categories.
- Lead product planning, assortment strategy, and portfolio management aligned with brand vision and business goals.
- Ensure optimal product mix across price points, occasions, and consumer segments.
- Design Collaboration & Market Translation
- Work closely with Design teams to convert creative concepts into commercially viable and market-winning collections.
- Ensure products reflect evolving consumer trends, luxury aesthetics, and brand positioning.
- Pricing, Positioning & Go-To-Market
- Define pricing strategies balancing brand equity, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Craft compelling product positioning and value propositions.
- Lead launch strategies, including communication frameworks, storytelling, and channel rollout plans.
- Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights
- Leverage consumer insights, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to guide product decisions.
- Track category performance and refine strategies based on sell-through, margins, and customer feedback.
- Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution.
- Drive accountability for product performance across channels.
- Influence senior stakeholders with strong business cases and data-backed insights.
- Brand Building & Luxury Experience
- Ensure every product reinforces the brand's luxury identity and emotional appeal.
- Elevate brand narrative through cohesive product storytelling and experiential launches.
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Marketing within Jewellery, Luxury Goods, or Consumer Brands.
- Proven leadership across the full product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
- Strong exposure to premium collections, aspirational consumers, and high-end branding.
