Role Overview:
The Product Manager owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating business and user needs into clear requirements and delivering high-quality solutions through close collaboration with engineering, design, and stakeholders. The role focuses on defining scope, prioritizing work, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving measurable business and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Product / Implementation Manager:
- Led end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and stabilization
- Conducted requirement workshops and translated outcomes into user stories, BRDs/FSDs, and acceptance criteria
- Managed delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
- Supported solution architecture, configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Performed hands-on SQL queries, API analysis (REST/JSON/XML), and log troubleshooting
- Drove SIT/UAT defect triage, change control, and production readiness
- Ensured smooth deployments, early-life support, and handover to BAU
- Maintained governance, documentation, and strong client engagement
