Responsibilities : - Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps and plans to ensure product success. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive product and feature improvements. - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product success. - Lead product discovery and design activities to uncover customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop product requirements. - Manage the product life cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and launch. - Develop go-to-market plans and launch strategies. - Analyze performance metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. - Develop pricing models that are competitive, profitable, and consistent with our market position. - Stay up to date on industry trends and adapt to the same. Skills : - Project Management: Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple product development projects. - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with stakeholders, customers and colleagues. - Negotiation: Ability to negotiate with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders to get the best possible deals. - Financial Planning: Ability to analyze the financial implications of product development and pricing decisions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, such as engineering, marketing, sales, customer service, finance and legal, to ensure successful product launches and delivery. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology trends, emerging technologies, and technical specifications related to the construction industry. Tools : - Product Management Tools : JIRA, Aha!, ProductPlan, and Trello to help plan, track, and manage product development. - Data Analysis Tools : DataStudio, Tableau, SPSS, or Excel to analyze customer data, market trends, and user feedback. - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools : such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track customer interactions, analyze customer data, and generate insights. - Prototyping Tools : Prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD to help create prototypes for user testing and feedback. - Analytical tools : G4, Amplitude, mixpanel etc.
