We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing global technology company building cutting-edge enterprise software solutions powered by AI, automation, and data intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative products used by large enterprises across industries while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
- Gather customer insights and translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through launch and continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, AI, Automation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related technology domains.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product development and execution.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with experience creating PRDs and product roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or platform products.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products, workflow automation, or analytics platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
