Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Strategy:

- Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and translate feedback into product direction.

- Triage and prioritise customer feature requests across product areas, balancing impact, feasibility, and scalability.

- Build clear, actionable PRDs and partner with design and engineering to turn ideas into shipped features.

- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer outcomes.

Product Execution & Delivery:

- Drive product cycles end-to-end from ideation through delivery ensuring timely launches with measurable results.

- Partner with engineering to make trade-offs and scope intelligently without compromising on impact.

- Write crisp, user-facing release notes and internal updates that clearly communicate value.

- Support customer success and sales with product expertise during implementations or escalations.

Documentation & Enablement:

- Keep public documentation intuitive and current to make the product self-serve and accessible.

- Create internal enablement materials that help GTM teams articulate value and stay aligned on roadmap changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with design and marketing to deliver seamless product experiences and GTM launches.

- Build a working knowledge of technical systems APIs, data warehouses, integrations to bridge business and engineering.
