Job Title: Product Manager - Mumbai
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution. This role will drive product vision, align business goals with user needs, and work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to scale the platform. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who understands SaaS products, creator economy, YouTube ecosystem, and growth-led platforms.
Job Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & AI Vision:
- The AI Pivot: Define and execute a high-impact roadmap that pivots toward Agentic AI and autonomous YouTube marketing.
- Economic Prioritization: In a bootstrapped setup, you prioritize based on ROI and Unit Economics. Every feature must move the needle on LTV (Lifetime Value) or CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Vision to Action: Translate long-term company goals into a high-octane 12-month roadmap that dominates the YouTube marketing space.
Execution & Product Lifecycle:
- Full-Stack Ownership: Lead discovery, planning, development, and launch. You are responsible for the "Why" and the "When."
- PRDs & Specs: Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences. Write crisp PRDs that empower Engineering and Design teams.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Partner with Marketing and Sales to launch features that don't just "exist" but actually get adopted and loved.
- Agile Leadership: Lead the sprint process, managing the trade-offs between speed, quality, and technical debt.
Growth, Data & Performance:
- Data-Obsessed: Define and own North Star metrics: Activation, Retention, and Expansion Revenue.
- Experimentation Framework: Design growth loops and A/B testing frameworks to optimize the user journey from landing page to power-user status.
- OKR Champion: Set and track quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). You are responsible for the "Key Results."
- Product Analytics: Use data (Mixpanel/Amplitude/SQL) to track user behavior, identify friction points, and run A/B tests that improve conversion.
- Efficiency Mapping: Continuously audit product performance to ensure our tools are helping creators grow faster and more efficiently.
- Market Intelligence: Deep-dive into retention graphs and user friction points to proactively solve problems before they hit support.
Leadership & Partnership:
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure the product sells itself (Product-Led Growth).
- Evangelism: Act as the voice of the product internally and externally, representing technical trajectory to stakeholders and global creators.
- Team Builder (For Head of Product): Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class product team, establishing high-performance frameworks and SOPs.
