- As a Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product cycles-from ideation and research to execution and impact measurement-for a product that helps learners fall in love with learning.

- You will work at the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and user experience to identify learner and educator pain points, and design meaningful solutions powered by the science of learning.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, content, growth, and field operations to build a product that is not only usable and engaging, but also impactful in improving learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Ownership: Own product features and roadmap.

- Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business and learning goals.

- Problem Discovery: Conduct structured discovery processes to identify user pain points using qualitative and quantitative methods.

- Feature Prioritization: Evaluate feature requests, align with business needs, and prioritize the roadmap using data and impact.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, tech, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities, issues, and areas of improvement.

- User Experience & Research: Drive user testing, interviews, and usability research to ensure solutions are learner-centric and intuitive.

- Product Documentation: Create PRDs, user flows, wireframes (in collaboration with design), and feature specs.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation on Confluence or equivalent platforms.

- Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as the product evangelist and conduct demos/trainings when needed.

- Agile Execution: Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with tech leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.

- 4-5 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in a B2C/B2B2C software or edtech environment.

- Proven experience in owning complete product lifecycles-from discovery to launch to optimization.

- Strong knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, and learner-centric approaches.

- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc.

- Hands-on with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets); basic SQL is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a bias for action.
