- Product Manager will be responsible for development and growth of a particular product line which involves building roadmaps and driving engagement in the platform. - Will have to be involved in stakeholder management, which are usually large bank's leadership teams. Which require excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal and management skills. - This will involve identifying problems, prioritizing ideas and solving them through product right from problem discovery to conceptualization to launch. - Should be equally comfortable carving out a 1 year roadmap and running weekly sprints as this role demands part hands on Product Management alongside cross functional collaboration. - Should be able to formulate new solutions with a problem first, data driven and test & iterate approach. - Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long term view. Ensures value based prioritization of product initiatives. - Build products Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. - Produce high quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time. - Launch products Draft and execute a go to market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing. - Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus. - Define product roadmap including sign off from senior leadership - Build and refine specific product requirements for various identified banking segments - Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery - Writing documents to build clarity for yourself and stakeholders - Regular connect with External partners to build good partnership - Build deeper understand of how payments ecosystem for online and offline acceptance is transforming - Regular connects and alignment with leadership stakeholders across the company since this is a highly cross-functional role REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 4 years of experience in product management - Hands on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flow diagram - Prev experience in Fintech, Payments, Cards vertical is preferable - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be a data-driven person and knee on action bias
