Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge between customer needs, business objectives, and technical execution. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our core product offerings, translating complex market insights into actionable roadmaps that drive user engagement and revenue growth. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, design, and data science teams to ship high-impact features while maintaining a relentless focus on the user experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap: Aligning technical development with long-term business goals to ensure sustainable market growth.

- Lead the end-to-end product design process: Conducting rigorous user research and usability testing to deliver intuitive solutions that solve genuine customer pain points.

- Manage the full product development lifecycle within an Agile framework: Facilitating sprint planning and backlog grooming to maintain high velocity and quality standards.

- Formulate and implement data-driven pricing strategies: Analyzing competitive landscapes and customer willingness-to-pay to maximize profitability.

- Drive stakeholder management: Communicating product vision and performance metrics to leadership, ensuring organizational alignment and resource prioritization.

- Perform deep-dive business analysis: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and pivot product features based on real-time user behavior.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy: Translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, supported by a strong foundation in product strategy and lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to influence: Influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership through clear, data-backed communication and persuasive storytelling.

- Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis: Utilizing market research tools with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that inform product direction.

- Exceptional capacity to navigate ambiguity: Balancing multiple high-priority projects in a hybrid work environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong educational background: Typically holding an MBA or a degree in Engineering from a premier institute, which provides the analytical rigor necessary for high-level decision-making.

- A collaborative mindset: Fostering healthy debate and consensus-building, ensuring that the product design and development teams remain motivated and aligned with the company mission.
