What You'll Do:&nbsp; As Product Manager on our team, you'll have full ownership over the product and act as the liaison between the business and development team. You're going to be the strong voice of the customer, excel at user empathy, be fluent in running agile processes, and translating business problems into technical requirements. What We're Looking For:&nbsp; - 1+Years of experience in product management who can establish deep connections with the market, understand user struggles/needs, come up with the right products to deliver compelling value. - Should have capability to own the solution until the product-market fit is found and beyond to identify additional opportunities that surface in the same business process. - Must be lateral thinkers, who keep exploring concepts and solutions across domains and can apply that learning to solve problems at hand. - Should effort in gaining expertise in all relevant aspects of the domain that they are working in. - Can collaborate well with all parts of the organization, especially the engineering team in delivering products that delight customers - Should be influencers and collaborators who can work with diverse stakeholders to build consensus. - Excellent project/program management, execution skills will be a definite plus. - Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
