Location: Bangalore

Overview: Responsible for smooth functioning as well as volume and profitability growth of Barqs Flagship International Remittance Product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product initiatives based on customer insights, market trends, and commercial impact.

- Partner with UX, Development, and QA teams to define, design, and deliver new features and products that enhance user experience, drive transaction volumes, and improve profitability.

- Lead integration projects with external Money Transfer Operators (MTOs), such as Western Union, ensuring seamless onboarding and continuous improvement.

- Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategies for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

- Own the resolution of production issues and technical debt, ensuring high system reliability and customer satisfaction.

- Continuously research industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product roadmap and strategy.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between business, tech, and operations teams.

Requirements:

Skills & Experience Required:

- Managing stakeholders across functions

- Numerical Ability and Data Analytics

- Prioritization of new initiatives

- User experience design

- Familiarity in working with API based scalable microservices

Background:

- 3+ years of core product management experience in a well-regarded fintech, preferably worked on Cross border remittance (ideal) or Payment product.

- Tier 1 Academic Background
