Product Manager - Insurance Integrations

About the Role

The company simplifies how India experiences insurance. We're looking for a Product Manager who understands the nuts and bolts of the insurance ecosystem - especially general insurance integrations. You'll own the insurance partner integrations end-to-end and work closely with insurers, tech, and operations to build seamless user experiences.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage integrations for motor, health, and travel insurance products (quotes, issuance, claims, endorsements).

- Collaborate with insurer tech teams to integrate APIs (BAP, Saral, iPOS, etc.) and resolve issues quickly.

- Drive product implementation from discovery to deployment - with documentation, testing, UAT, and go-live.

- Maintain policy journeys, form validations, insurer logic, and policy document handling (PDFs, parsing).

- Liaise with stakeholders across business, design, and tech to align goals.

- Monitor partner API updates, IRDAI regulation changes, and manage impact analysis.

What We're Looking For

- 2-5 years of product management experience in the insurance domain.

- Deep knowledge of general insurance workflows - especially motor & health insurance.

- Hands-on experience with insurer integrations, policy management systems, and XML/REST APIs.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
