Your Responsibilities Will Include - Monitor company usage metrics by the client to identify adoption patterns and opportunities for improvement. - Extract meaningful insights from user data to inform product enhancements and feature prioritization. - Prioritize development roadmap based on client needs and strategic value. - Ensure partners receive exceptional support through proactive issue resolution and strategic guidance. - Expand relationships with clients by deepening integrations within existing hospital systems. - Create products and features to be integrated into more customer journeys of the client. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements. Technical Knowledge The candidate is expected to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and client-facing teams, leveraging Python and data tooling to drive actionable insights, automation, and partner success at scale. - Experience with system integrations and API implementations in enterprise environments. - Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM platforms. - Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of healthcare technology ecosystems and patient journey touchpoints. Data Analysis & Reporting Automation (Must Have) - Strong hands-on experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy) for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large-scale conversational datasets (e.g., JSON, CSV, SQL). - Ability to derive business and behavioral insights from unstructured text data generated via partner/user interactions. - Proficiency in scheduling and managing automated ETL/reporting jobs using: AWS EC2, AWS S3, Crontab / Linux-based scheduling KPI Development & Data Transformation (Must Have) - Ability to define meaningful KPIs for partnership success adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Able to convert these KPIs into executable SQL queries and Python scripts to drive real-time reporting and dashboard generation. - Understanding of data modeling and metric tracking at a business level.
