Product Manager - Growth - PropTech Startup

About the Role:

We're hiring a Product Manager-Growth for a rapidly scaling, founder-led PropTech startup with recent Series A funding. You'll own the product growth roadmap and partner with founders to unlock step-change impact across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Work directly with the founders on core growth product problems.

2) Build and optimise top-of-funnel, activation, and lifecycle loops.

3) Begin with quantitative performance review, collaborate cross-functionally, and conclude with long-term solution planning.

4) Identify and embed AI/automation to 10x team productivity and user experience.

Qualification Required:

1) Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, including work on growth problems.

2) Experience working directly with founders in a fast paced environment

3) A person who thrives on the hustle around daily numbers and also works on long-term solves.
