Product Manager - Growth Partners & eCommerce - FinTech

- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption across different user segments.

- Analyze adoption metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement targeted interventions.

- Define and track key activation metrics to ensure users derive value from the product early in their journey.

- Partner with the design and user research team to understand customer problems
and identify and iterate on solutions.

- Liaison with internal teams such as marketing, development, account management, UX etc., to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are plugged

- Drive organisation wise KPIs for specific journey nodes which have a direct bearing on the customer experience outcomes
