We are looking for a Product Manager - Growth who will drive product-led growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimize the product funnel to scale the business.

Responsibilities :

- Own the product growth roadmap and drive initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, and monetization.

- Identify growth opportunities using user data, funnels, cohorts, and behavioral analytics.

- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and product adoption.

- Work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams to launch growth initiatives.

- Optimize onboarding flows and activation journeys to increase new user success rates.

- Develop product features that drive organic growth, referrals, and virality.

- Track key growth metrics such as CAC, activation rate, conversion rate, and LTV.

- Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to uncover growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in growth or product-led growth roles.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools.

- Experience running A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and design.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or consumer tech products is a plus
