The same engine extends to other chronic conditions in India and beyond.
Role Overview: Product Manager - Growth
We are hiring a Product Manager - Growth to own Tap Health's acquisition, activation, retention and revenue levers end to end. You will design and ship high-impact experiments across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, referral loops, lifecycle journeys and landing pages. You will work closely with engineering, design, data and marketing to create compounding growth and a habit-forming product experience.
This is a product role focused on measurable outcomes. You will use data, fast iteration and sharp UX to move the metrics that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to deliver user and revenue growth. To achieve this, you will own the following workstreams:
Acquisition and Top-of-Funnel:
- Improve conversion from impression to install to signup across web, app stores and in-app entry points
- Lead experiments on landing pages, app store assets, SEO and ASO to lift CVR
- Design and scale referral programs and growth loops using Tap Score, streaks and quests
- Partner with marketing on creative, channel mix and spend efficiency
Activation and First Value:
- Define activation criteria and leading indicators for each segment
- Ship onboarding, checklists and sample experiences that reduce time to first value
- Optimise WhatsApp flows and lead capture to boost Day 0 and Day 1 activation
Retention and Habit Formation:
- Collaborate with DTx and Game Engine teams to turn daily actions into streaks, XP and level-ups
- Build lifecycle journeys across push, email, in-app and WhatsApp with behavioural triggers
- Improve D7 and D30 retention and reduce churn through systematic experimentation
Monetisation and Pricing:
- Own paywalls, trials, pricing, bundling and microtransactions
- Lift conversion to paid, renewal rate and ARPU through clear hypotheses and tests
- Run targeted offers and promotions with guardrails for margin and LTV
Experimentation and Analytics
- Maintain a prioritised experiment backlog with hypotheses, power and success metrics
- Define event schemas and tracking with engineering; validate data quality
- Build dashboards for CAC, LTV, cohort retention and payback; drive weekly reviews and post-mortems
Cross-Functional Execution:
- Write crisp PRDs and tickets; ensure fast, high-quality delivery with engineering and design
- Partner with data science on segmentation, propensity scoring and churn risk models
- Support B2B2C and partnership funnels with the right user flows and integrations
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1 to 3 years in product, growth or marketing operations in consumer tech; D2C or digital health is a plus
- Hands-on with tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, PostHog, Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage or similar
- Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, cohort analysis, A/B testing and lifecycle marketing
- Comfortable working with engineers and data teams to define events, APIs and automation logic
- Proficiency in SQL or spreadsheets for ad hoc analysis and experiment readouts
- Experience or interest in AI-driven personalisation, predictive motivation or behavioural segmentation is a plus
- Ownership mindset, clear communication and bias to ship in fast-paced environments
