Role: Growth & Revenue Product Manager (IC)
Location: On-site - Whitefield, Bengaluru
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead growth and revenue initiatives across the user funnel - from conversion, activation and retention to monetization. You'll own end-to-end outcomes, driving measurable business impact through data-led experiments, pricing constructs, and seamless product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own key funnel metrics - activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Identify growth opportunities through user insights and data, form hypotheses, and run structured experiments to validate them.
- Conceptualize and implement pricing and packaging strategies to drive revenue.
- Collaborate closely with design, tech, growth, operations, and compliance teams - from ideation to rollout.
- Continuously optimize the user journey to reduce friction and improve engagement.
- Track performance post-launch, analyze impact, and iterate rapidly.
What we're looking for:
- Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2C Growth product management.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience in broking, mutual funds, or fintech is an added advantage
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end - from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and execution skills.
