About the Role
RISA is seeking a dynamic Growth & GTM Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, and market expansion.
This role requires a mix of strategy and execution, working closely with leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams to scale growth across the healthcare technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Design and run personalized LinkedIn and account-based campaigns to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage the complete sales funnelfrom lead generation to conversion and accelerationensuring consistent revenue growth.
- GTM Execution: Plan and deliver go-to-market strategies, including product launches and feature rollouts with unified messaging across channels.
- Thought Leadership: Build compelling content (case studies, insights, webinars) that position RISA as an industry leader.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and refine sales tools (battlecards, ROI calculators, one-pagers) to enable faster and higher-value deal closures.
- Customer Insights: Capture and apply customer feedback to refine positioning, product offerings, and growth strategies.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to execute scalable growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles at a B2B SaaS, AI, or healthcare technology company.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on expertise in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency in growth and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce) and comfort with SQL/spreadsheets.
