Product Manager - GenAI & Climate/Risk Platforms (Launch & Data Governance)
Job Description :
About the Role : We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Product Manager for our Climate, Nature, and Social Risk (CMS) platform. This role is strictly for a functional builder who defines product roadmaps, designs high-impact storyline visualizations, and manages product launches.
Crucially, the product operates on high-scale data; therefore, the candidate must possess deep product oversight in GenAI production scaling, data sourcing, data governance, and data security frameworks.
Note : We need a core Product Manager who drives mockups, user journeys, and feature rollouts alongside tech teams. We do NOT want pure software developers/coders, nor do we want pure advisory/compliance consultants.
Key Responsibilities : - Product Execution & Launch : Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, wireframing, feature prioritization, and market deployment/launch of risk platform modules.
- Storyline & Visualization : Structure intuitive front-end dashboards, user personas, and data storytelling frameworks for senior stakeholders.
- GenAI Production Scaling : Design product roadmaps that incorporate scalable GenAI pipelines, ensuring robust large-scale data point execution.
- Data Governance & Security : Oversee product compliance metrics regarding secure data sourcing pipelines, structural data governance models, and strict data privacy/security protocols.
Required Skills & Experience : - Experience : 5 to 12 Years (Open for Associate and VP tracks based on seniority).
- Core DNA : Proven Product Manager who has successfully shipped/launched platforms with a strong hand in functional front-end wireframing.
- Technical Product Depth : Solid conceptual grasp of GenAI/LLM orchestration, enterprise data sourcing, Snowflake/cloud data flows, and security protocols.
- Ecosystem Familiarity : Exposure to global financial, risk, or data platforms (e.g., Aladdin, CatNet, Finacle, MSCI, or Big Tech SaaS environments) is highly preferred.
- Education : MBA from Top B-Schools (IIMs/XLRI/SCMHRD) or a B.Tech/BE background with a sharp technical product management track record.
