Job Title: Product Manager Gaming

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Experience Required: 2+ Years (Must be in Gaming Industry)


About the Role:


We are looking for a passionate Product Manager from the Gaming Industry who understands player behavior, in-game economies, engagement loops, and live operations. You will own the product lifecycle for our gaming titles from ideation and feature design to launch, optimization, and growth.


If you live and breathe games, understand metrics behind player retention, and love building experiences players obsess over, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more gaming titles/features

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business and player goals

- Work closely with game designers, artists, developers, and data teams to ship engaging features

- Drive player engagement, retention, and monetization strategies

- Analyze player behavior, funnels, and in-game metrics (DAU, ARPU, Retention, LTV, etc.)

- Lead LiveOps planning including events, offers, challenges, and seasonal content

- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve gameplay and monetization

- Gather player feedback from reviews, community channels, and support data

- Write clear PRDs, feature specs, and acceptance criteria

- Coordinate releases and ensure smooth feature rollouts and updates


Must-Have Requirements:


- 2+ years of Product Management experience specifically in the Gaming Industry

- Experience working on mobile, PC, or online multiplayer games

- Strong understanding of game mechanics, progression systems, and virtual economies

- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.)

- Knowledge of Live Operations (LiveOps) and event-based content strategy

- Ability to translate player insights into product features

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills


Good to Have:


- Experience in free-to-play (F2P) monetization models

- Background in casual, mid-core, or real-money gaming (RMG)

- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks

- Understanding of game design principles and player psychology

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
