We are seeking a high-impact Forward Deployed Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex product capabilities and real-world enterprise challenges. In this role, you will act as the primary technical product advocate for our most strategic clients, working directly on-site or in close collaboration with client stakeholders to translate their unique business pain points into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex client requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories to ensure engineering teams build features that solve genuine business problems.

- Partner with enterprise clients to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement tailored product configurations that maximize platform utility and ROI.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration between internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to prioritize feature requests that align with both client needs and long-term product strategy.

- Manage the end-to-end product deployment lifecycle for strategic accounts, ensuring seamless integration and high user adoption rates.

- Conduct deep-dive product training and workshops for client stakeholders to empower them with the knowledge required to leverage our platform's full potential.

- Synthesize feedback from the field into actionable insights for the core product team, directly influencing the evolution of our product roadmap.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles within a SaaS environment, with a specific preference for candidates who have navigated the high-intensity ecosystem of firms like Sprinklr.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders and influence decision-making at the executive level.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to diagnose client issues and propose scalable product solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing product role, showing an ability to balance client demands with internal product vision and engineering constraints.

- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across Gurgaon or Bangalore, maintaining productivity and alignment with global teams.

- A solid educational foundation from a premier institute, complemented by 4 to 7 years of experience in product management or technical consulting.

- Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
