Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data platform/product management and a proven track record of working with cross-functional and global teams. Key Responsibilities

- Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Partner with offshore and global teams, ensuring seamless delivery in a hybrid model.

- Drive product execution through Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

- Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to roadmap planning.

Qualifications

- 4-7 years of experience in product management or data platform/product roles.

- Proven experience managing offshore and global teams in a hybrid working environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business needs and create clear technical specifications.

- Proficiency with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and product management best practices.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in the restaurant, foodservice, or retail industry.

- Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, or enterprise data platforms.
