Product Manager - FMCG

About company : Our client is a Singapore-based company that offers a distribution as a service model. They connect traditional retailers to FMCG brands, distributors, and wholesalers and has raised $200,000 over the past 11 years. They also provides a cloud-based intelligent Route-to-Market (iRTM) solution for consumer goods companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, threats, and trends relevant to the consumer goods technology sector.

- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and technological advancements.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure product alignment with business objectives.

- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to sunset, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and incorporate insights into the product strategy.

- Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure Ivy Mobility remains at the forefront of innovation.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise product management, preferably in the consumer goods technology sector.

- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
