Product Manager - Fixed Income - Wealth Management

- The role involves managing and growing the Fixed Income Product for the Wealth business and managing the product end to end.

- This role involves driving product strategy, and collaborating with partners to deliver innovative solutions for HNI and corporate treasuries

Roles & Responsibilities:

Product management

- Manage fixed income products aligned with client needs and regulatory norms.. Products include bonds / securitised debt / corporate FDs etc

Revenue Management and RNR

- Drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.

- Drive RNR for the fixed Income Business

Partner management

- Collaborate with Fixed income partners s for product design, pricing, and performance tracking.

MIS & Automation

- Visualise and Develop various MIS and automation opportunities.

Team Training

- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new and existing products.

Others

- Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines won product down sell and internal governance standards.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Good understanding of Fixed Income Industry -

Minimum Experience

- 5-6 years of Experience in the fixed income trading / product -

- Should have worked in Fixed income Dealing house / Fixed income product team in wealth houses / banks
