Product Manager - Fixed Income

Description:

Job Purpose:

The role involves managing and growing the Fixed Income Product for the Wealth business and managing the product end to end .This role involves driving product strategy, and collaborating with partners to deliver innovative solutions for HNI and corporate treasuries

Main Accountabilities:

Product management:

- Manage fixed income products aligned with client needs and regulatory norms.. Products include bonds / securitised debt / corporate FDs etc

Revenue Management and RNR:

- Drive revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.

- Drive RNR for the fixed Income Business

Partner management:

- Collaborate with Fixed income partners for product design, pricing, and performance tracking.

MIS & Automation:

- Visualise and Develop various MIS and automation opportunities.

Team Training:

- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams on new and existing products.

Others:

Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines won product down sell and internal governance standards.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum Degree: Post Graduation ( MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance or Equivalent/ CFA/ CA would be preferred)

- Good understanding of Fixed Income Industry

- Minimum Experience 5-6 years of Experience in the fixed income trading / product

- Should have worked in Fixed income Dealing house / Fixed income product team in wealth houses / banks
