Product Manager - Fintech Startup | Bengaluru

Your Role:

- Lead product strategy and execution across the entire lifecycle

- Define and drive roadmap to deliver customer-centric fintech solutions

- Collaborate with engineering, design, ops & compliance for seamless launches

- Use data insights to measure, iterate, and optimize products

- Champion user experience, agile practices, and constant innovation

- Explore new opportunities in digital lending, payments, embedded finance

You Bring:

- 6-12 years' product management in fintech, lending, payments, or digital banking (lending experience essential)

- Strong understanding of financial workflows & compliance (RBI, KYC/AML)

- Success launching and scaling tech-driven financial products

- Passion for UX, collaboration, and execution-first mindset

- Startup or fast-growth background preferred
