Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our credit card product.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the credit card industry.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to the product development process.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and optimizations.
- Compliance: Ensure that all credit card products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest fintech trends and innovations, proactively incorporating new ideas and technologies into our credit card products.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- B2C or B2B Experience
- Finetch/Product Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tier 1 Pedigree College/Institute
