Job Description - Act as a key advisor on critical changes in the competitive landscape, global marketplace and external business environment. - Collaborate with functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change. - Work with the team to develop future growth strategies, formulate an organization's business plan, product plan, new project launches as well as sales strategy. - Create business strategy, owning P&amp;L and managing program metrics. - Work with sales and marketing teams in order to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Set the long term vision and define the product strategy along with roadmap. - Responsible for spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of the business. - Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into actionable and quantitative plans. - Manage and analyze existing business strategies in order to provide council to the business's leadership and ensure alignment with the business's overall strategy. - Assist departmental leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage.
