Key Responsibilities:

- Own and define the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Design product prototypes and workflows to validate ideas quickly.

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product direction.

- Continuously improve product experience based on user insights and data.

- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver impactful products.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints.

- Prepare and present data-informed product pitches and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, BaaS, digital banking domains.

- Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS or API-first products.

- Strong understanding of APIs and technical documentation.

- Demonstrated ability to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to adoption.

- Ability to translate business goals into actionable and creative product solutions.

- Skilled in developing and executing product strategies with long-term vision.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels - from developers to C-suite.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for delivering customer value.

Preferred Attributes:

- Background in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or other fintech platforms.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a "Get Things Done" attitude.

- Experience in working in agile teams and delivering within tight timelines.
