Product Manager - Fintech

About the Role:

A Series A fintech startup is building an AI-powered credit platform to make consumer lending faster, smarter, and more seamless. We're looking for a Product Manager - Lending to own the end-to-end lending experience, from customer intent and onboarding through approval and loan disbursal.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who has built lending journeys, worked with lender APIs and third-party integrations, and enjoys solving complex customer and credit problems in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Location: Bangalore

Mode: Full-time/on-site/5-days

Role Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for lending journeys, from customer onboarding through loan disbursal

- Design and optimize lending flows to create a seamless and frictionless customer experience

- Build and manage lender integrations, ensuring reliable communication with lending partners through APIs

- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution from ideation to launch

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, Operations, and external lending partners

- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and lending performance to improve conversion and customer experience

- Ensure lending workflows are scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient

- Leverage AI capabilities to build smarter lending experiences and improve decision-making across the credit lifecycle

Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years of Product Management experience, with hands-on experience building lending products

- Proven experience building end-to-end lending journeys, including origination, underwriting hand-offs, approval workflows, and disbursal

- Strong experience working with lender APIs and third-party partner integrations

- Experience shipping at least one lending product end-to-end

- Experience in fintech, digital lending, embedded finance, or consumer financial products preferred
