About Us
We are building a next-generation FinTech platform in stealth mode, focused on redefining how users discover, manage, and interact with financial products. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our Founding Team and play a key role in shaping the product, strategy, and company from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and feature specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Conduct customer research and translate insights into product features.
- Analyze product performance and use data to drive decisions.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years in FinTech, WealthTech, Payments, Lending, Banking, Insurance, or Brokerage products.
- Proven experience launching and scaling digital products.
- Strong product thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
Preferred
- Startup or 0- 1 product-building experience.
- Exposure to investments, wealth management, financial planning, or digital financial services.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or SQL.
