Job Title: Product Manager
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Leader to own and drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution. This role will be responsible for building scalable, user-centric products with a strong focus on engagement, performance, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance business priorities with technical execution while acting as the bridge between cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Own and define the overall product vision and long-term strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive decisions on product architecture, feature prioritization, and user experience.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to refine product direction.
UI/UX & Product Experience:
- Lead the design and development of intuitive, scalable, and high-quality UI/UX.
- Ensure seamless user journeys across platforms and devices.
- Champion a user-first approach in all product decisions.
User Engagement & Growth Metrics:
- Own and drive key engagement metrics including Retention, DAU/WAU/MAU.
- Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user behavior.
Platform Performance & Reliability:
- Ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
- Drive initiatives for low latency, high uptime, and efficient performance even under low internet bandwidth conditions.
- Ensure product accessibility across devices and environments.
Product Backlog & Prioritization:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on business value, customer needs, and strategic goals.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
- Continuously refine backlog to maximize development efficiency and impact.
Roadmap & Release Planning:
- Define and own the product roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Decide feature inclusion for each release cycle and ensure timely delivery to market.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Manage expectations, align priorities, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to leadership.
Agile Execution & Team Leadership:
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Remove roadblocks and enable teams to deliver efficiently.
Internal Collaboration & Product Advocacy:
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Provide clarity to development teams on product requirements and user expectations.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance product culture.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product analytics.
- Experience in building scalable digital platforms with strong UI/UX focus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive engagement metrics such as retention and active users.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Technical understanding to effectively work with engineering teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Background in data-driven product decision-making.
- Exposure to multi-platform product development (web, mobile, low-bandwidth environments).
