Role:
Product Manager for a profitable Indian fintech. Small, sharp product team. Looking for an operator who has owned outcomes, not just shipped features - thinks in funnels by default, talks to real users, and has used the products they build in their own time.
Indore / Remote with quarterly travel. Reporting flat to the head of product.
What you'll do:
- Own a revenue-impacting surface end to end. Problem framing, instrumentation, A/B testing, post-launch retention work.
- Break user journeys into funnels. Find activation, retention, and monetisation leaks. Fix them with shipped features and measured impact, not slide decks.
- Spend real time with users in their language. Not "five interviews scheduled" - actual time watching users navigate the product.
- Defend priorities under pressure. Make the case for what to build with structured thinking, not consensus.
- Work with engineering, design, and analytics in tight loops. No 12-week roadmaps no one reads.
What we want:
- 4 to 7 years of PM experience, with 2+ on a B2C product you can talk about in funnel terms.
- Numerical impact on the resume. Conversion lift, retention, cohort behaviour, revenue moved. If your work reads as features-shipped, this is not the role.
- Personal participation in Indian markets. Active F&O / options, intraday equity, or active crypto trading. You should already be a user of the category, not a tourist.
- Conversational Hindi. You will talk to users in Hindi every week.
- Daily AI workflow usage. Not "I have heard of ChatGPT" - actual integration of AI tools into how you ship.
Bonus:
- Stockbroking, wealth, or markets domain experience.
- A side project you have shipped with AI tooling. Share the URL.
