Job Description:
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong understanding of technology and business to lead the development and growth of fintech product.
The ideal candidate should have an educational background in Btech and/or MBA, with prior experience in fintech or financial services being a strong advantage.
You will work closely with engineering, design, business, and compliance teams to deliver impactful, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data, risk, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security, and risk standards
- Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in BTech (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field) and/or MBA
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Prior experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, Lending, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
- Experience working with APIs, data platforms, or digital products
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, RBI guidelines, etc.)
- Experience using product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
Experience Range: 6 - 10 years
