Description:
A leading FinTech startup is seeking a Tech-focused Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its product portfolio. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all product initiatives align with market trends, customer expectations, and the rapidly evolving needs of the fintech ecosystem.
You will drive opportunity identification, craft forward-looking product roadmaps, and deliver impactful enhancements that strengthen product-market fit.
Please Note: Candidates with prior experience in Accounts Payable Products or adjacent fintech products will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap, including functional requirements, by collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive the Accounts Payable (AP) product vision end-to-end, focusing on improving Procure-to-Pay processes through enhanced OCR, smarter approval flows, and robust fraud-detection capabilities.
- Conduct detailed market, customer, and competitor research to ensure the product stays ahead of traditional AP systems as well as modern SaaS competitors.
- Identify, prioritise, and deliver product enhancements that drive measurable revenue impact, customer growth, and operational efficiency.
To Fit the Bill:
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to the Accounts Payable or adjacent fintech domains.
- Strong analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to think strategically and translate that strategy into end-user requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
