Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for cross-sell investment products (IPO, Paid Portfolios, NPS, FDs).
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and tech teams to enhance product discovery, engagement, and conversion journeys.
- Use mar-tech and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to shape product features and improve user experience.
- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of new features.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve product flows to enhance user adoption and retention.
What You Bring:
- 25 years of product management experience, preferably in lending, payments, or banking domains.
- Proven experience managing cross-sell or growth-oriented fintech products.
- Hands-on experience with mar-tech tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, or GA4.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric thinking with a passion for delivering great product experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fintech or investment platforms.
- Exposure to A/B testing, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, or Amplitude is a plus
