Product Manager- FinTech

What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly financial products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, analysts, and compliance teams
- Work closely with leadership to define the product roadmap and execution strategy
- Use customer insights and data to drive product decisions
- Stay up-to-date with fintech trends, competitor landscape, and regulations
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience building and scaling B2C/B2B fintech products (e.g., lending, payments, wealth, or neobanking)
- Strong understanding of financial systems, APIs, and compliance basics (e.g., RBI norms, KYC, etc.)
- Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and experimentation
- Skillsets:- wireframing, JIRA, analytics tools, Figma.
Nice to Have
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment
- Prior work in regulated financial environments
