Role Overview : Designation : Product Manager Experience : 2+ Yrs. Location : Plot no. 31, First Floor, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015 Mode : WFO Key Responsibilities of the role: - Determining feature requirements and collecting requirements from stakeholders. - Research customer experiences and demands. - Outlining a detailed product strategy focused on user engagement and growth. Creating PRDs, user stories, and taking ownership of the feature/product. - Managing product road maps and releases. - Understanding product selling points and generating new product ideas. - Working alongside engineering teams and cross-functional teams. Key Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Previous experience in product development and proven product development ability. - Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies or Business/Data Analytics. - Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication. - Skills: Hands on experience in SQL, Excel and data analytics. - Experience in fintech or worked in engagement and growth team's/projects.
