Client Manager

Role : Product Manager - Enterprise Financial Management, Automation, and Control As the Product Manager for Enterprise Financial Management, Automation, and Control, you'll be tying together the massively complex financial machinery that goes into serving millions of small businesses. You'll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver unprecedented automation and integrity in an emerging ecosystem. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for financial management, automation, and control that aligns with Company's business objectives and growth targets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, operations, and finance, to gather insights, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze behavior and usage, and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and pain points to inform product decisions. Product Development: Define and document detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development team in building scalable and innovative solutions. Product Launch and Optimization: Lead successful product launches, monitor performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance product usability and drive continuous improvement. Financial Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the financial landscape within which our merchants operate, including accounting principles, tax regulations, payment gateways, and other relevant financial tools. Cross-functional Collaboration: Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and to ensure Company's financial products are a dominant competitive advantage. Professional Experience: - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the fintech or e-commerce industry, with a focus on financial management and control products/tools. - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory compliance within the e-commerce ecosystem. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize product features. - Track record of successfully managing end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation to launch and optimization. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
