Product Manager - Educational Lending & Domestic Business

We are hiring for Product Manager- ELDB (Educational Lending & Domestic Business)

Position Summary:

Role : Product Manager-ELDB

Reporting to : Head Product- ELDB

Place of Posting : Mumbai - HO

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the product strategy in-line with company's business vision and digital roadmap

- Enhance the Product offering by adding new features and improving the existing ones based on business needs and market trends

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from introduction to maturity and stability

- Cross Functional Collaboration with Credit, Operations, Technology to define product requirement and ensure customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

- Drive revenue generation and customer relationship value enhancement through effective product management

- Support entire loan process, including lead generation, application login, sanction and disbursement

- Monitor and analyze business metrics, and adjust strategies based on data driven decisions and customer/business trends

Required Experience:

- 5-6 experience in Product Management, preferably on BFSI

- Knowledge of the education loan market and related processes

- Understanding of credit and risk principles

- MBA/CA

Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency with tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting

- Ability to conduct market research and synthesize information to identify trends
